Substitution Policy & Terms

- Orders are confirmed only after final design approval and advance payment.
- Personalization (names, messages, themes, etc.) is available at an additional cost.
- Standard production time is 7 working days from order confirmation. Urgent orders are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Delivery charges are not included in the product pricing.
- We reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or higher quality if required.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted once the order is confirmed. Cancellations are not permitted after production has begun.
- Any damage or defects must be reported within 24 hours of collection with proper photographic evidence. Valid claims will be reviewed and resolved at our discretion.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
- We will do our best to match themes and references provided; however, exact replication is not guaranteed.
- We are not liable for any misuse of the products or any allergies/safety concerns. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.
